Sorry peeps! I got crazy busy and neglected BOTH sites. I’m back now, and committed to both CrossFit and a “Paleoish” diet. I’m sorry you strict eaters, but I will never be able to COMPLETELY get rid of my dairy or wheat…. or beer!!!
Anyway, I’m hoping to have some good stuff up soon. Some workouts, recipes, and challenges that I’m facing with both.
I’m sitting here (at work, oops) snacking on my homemade paleo fruit and nut bars dreaming (or worrying) about the upcoming summer months and the need to be in shape for bikini season!!!
